Visited this pho restaurant after a work event and I felt like the pho healed me. Do know I only tried the #11 Brisket and Flank Noodle Soup/Pho Chin Nam, so only have experience with one of their soups, but I'd definitely return if I was in the area. This is located in Willow Lawn so there is a lot of parking out front. Upon entering, I was immediately taken care of. This was the fastest service I've ever had. I was seated then asked what I wanted to order. Since I had an idea of what kind of pho I wanted, it was easy to order quickly. There are quite a few tables inside, but it seems like a lot of people do takeout here as well. My soup came out pretty quickly. I really loved my soup. While I wouldn't claim it to be the best ever, it was exactly what I was craving and super delicious. I loved the broth and how generous they were with the noodles. Such an amazing meal after a long night. They were really attentive here and it seems like a family-runned business which I love. There were plenty of pho options as well as other things like bubble tea and apps. I'm excited to return for more.

You seat yourself! They have indoor and outdoor seating. The pho is SO YUMMY! The taste is very homey! They're so fast with getting the food to you. Recommend for a quick bite and honestly it's the best remedy for after a night out haha

Just stopped by this restaurant couple days ago after a long time. The shop was renovated and looks new and fresh. Service is much better than before. The food is great. I chatted with a server, and she let me know that the shop was transferred to a new ownership. The Vietnamese Beef Noddle soup is good. Would stop by again.

This was my first pho experience and I thought it was a good one. I ordered the brisket pho (~$15) and added shrimp. It was soooo good. I seasoned my pho (I know that's controversial) with sriracha, chili oil, and hoisin sauce. I added cilantro, onion, jalapenos, and extra lime. The fresh herbs were brown in some spots but we're still edible and delicious. I also ordered the vietnamese coffee ($6) which I would probably skip next time. It was a good coffee but I wouldn't order it with pho next time. I also thought it was a bit difficult to drink with the amount of crushed ice that was in the drink. I admit, I was trying to be trendy but the coffee with the pho just didn't do it for me. The waitress spoke little english but was very sweet and was as helpful as she could have been. The other waiters were attentive and that was nice. The restaurant was clean but hot (before the pho). I kinda liked it but that's just me. I'd say that if you wanted to try pho for the first time this was a solid place to try.

One of the better pho broths in Richmond. It has the right amount of savoriness with no sweetness. A good amount of noodles. I felt like they definitely could've had more meat in it. Vietnamese coffee was amazing! Super strong and sweet. Staff was friendly. Restaurant has a small feel to it (like a bakery) but overall a great experience. Pho was about ~$14, coffee was ~$5. A good place to get pho if you are in the area. Overall I would come back again. 8/10
